I like rides in the car, and the jingle of keys makes my tail wag.

Woof.

I ate Bowrowr's Global War on Terrorism Service Medal.

Woof.

Tonight, I brought my ball into the house and was bouncing it and playing with it. Molly-Mowrowr wanted to know what I was playing with, so she chased me away. She sniffed the ball, but then walked away.

So I brought her my ball like a Good Dog so we could play.

Yesterday Bowrowr took me to the Vet Lady for a follow-up visit (Hruffa had to do that working-thing). Stoopid Vet Lady gave me three shots (which made me feel kinda hot later). But they loved me there. And then Bowrowr got me some chewie-bones and a bigger harness.

I weigh 28.2 lbs. I have some adult teeth coming in. The Vet Lady says that means I'm almost 6 mos. old, and that I will have my height soon.

Oh, and I had my picture taken with Santa Claus! (Hruffa will put them up here tomorrow.)

And now here's the important part: If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free, do it...

You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not; it's your call! There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just... Wish & it might come true. Give & you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special..."

1. A picture of any Furry People that live in your house (or you)--hard copy, please, so Hruffa can make an album for me.
2. Wubbies
3. Treats--especially if you have baked them yourself
4. Something with a Black Lab on it (as pretty as me!)--better if you make it yourself!
5. A sweater or doggie t-shirt--I'm a big girl (25 lbs so far), so make it big
6. A bandana to wear
7. tennis balls
8. a song for Hruffa and Bowrowr to sing to me (include a tune so she really can--maybe she'll do a voice post of it in her journal)
9. instructions for a trick I can learn--there will be pictures of me here when I've learned it
10. a play date with you if you are local (or planning to visit)

I have squirms.

The Vet Lady gave Hruffa some medicine that she squirted in my mouth when we got home. I also have pills to take for 5 days. If my tummy is still feeling bad, Hruffa can give me a teaspoon of Pepto Bismol.

I go back and see the Vet Lady on Saturday. They will start on all my shots and booster shots then if I'm feeling better.

Other than my tummy being upset, everything else about me is good. My temperature is normal. My ears and eyes are clean. My coat is shiny and pretty. I still have my baby teeth.

Oh, and I weigh 25 lbs.

Everyone told me how pretty and good and smart I am. This makes my tail wag and my Hruffa smile.

I'm interested in food again. I played a little while outside like a ridonkudog, but Hruffa still wants me to take it easy. I'm kind of sleepy now.
